Our soft play is for 0-5 year olds. Our bouncy castles and other equipment are for older children aswell. 

Our prices cover the whole day meaning you can hire for as short as 2 hours or take full advantage and have our equipment for the whole day.

Yes! We are fully insured and all of our bouncy castles meet UK standards and are PIPA Tested.

Unfortunately not, facepaint damages our equipment and is impossible to get up so if you are looking to book with us please make sure there is no face paint.

We cover all of South Wales and the Bristol area - our delivery fee will depend on your location.

We will also travel further but our delivery fee will increase.

Of course! They are yours to do as you please or we can take them away if you don’t want them after the party.

Yes. if access is difficult please let us know so we can allow additional time to set up, this includes parking and stairs.

Of course, aslong as the weather is ok and the ground isn’t muddy or wet.
Our bouncy castles can also be outdoors but must be on grass where we can staked into the grass

This all depends on what you are hiring and access to where we are setting up.

Our ultimate package we require at least 2 hours, all our other packages we ask for at least 45 minutes.

Aslong as our equipment is kept inside and secure you can hire overnight, we do charge an additional £45 for this.

Yes, we all know how the British weather can change and we’d hate to have to cancel our set up for you but unfortunately if it’s raining, muddy or for the bouncy castles wind over 20mph (including gusts) we aren’t able to set up, as we think of it it’s better to lose a venue deposit then have to cancel your whole party!

All of our soft play can be personalised with additional colours such as ball colours and cushions for the teepee, along with theme if you would like one.
